White Gets Ratings?

The Last Airbender which caught flak for it, Iron Man 3 with the Mandarin announced to be played by the very white and English Ben Kingsley, Ben Kingsley, and damn near everyone else, in The Prince of Persia movie, Angelina Jolie in Wanted. The comic which it is based on has her character, Fox, black and modelled with Halle Berry in mind.

Dragonball Evolution, The Grudge 1-2, The Dark Knight Rises with Bane Ra's al Ghul and to some extent Talia al Ghul. In the comics, as most geeks know, Bane is Hispanic and is even implied to be half-white but he appears more Hispanic. Ra's al Ghul is west Asian or southeast Asian in the comics, though he seems more west Asian in appearance, possibly Arab. His daughter, Talia, would obviously resemble the father, but there isn't much stated about her mother and she is ambigiously white in the comics.
